 According to the latest buzz, Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif have signed a Yash Raj films to be directed by debutante director Ali Abbas Zafar. Without wasting any time, Yash Raj will roll the film from next month. After Sanjay Gadhvi’s film, ‘7 days in Paris’ shelved for financial reason, Imran and Kat has been signed by the Yash Raj. confirming the news a source said, “Ali has written the script and the film will be the next one to go on floors under the YRF banner as early as next month”.

Peepli Live named Best First Feature Film

Aamir Khan's much talked about home production Peepli Live has been named the Best First Feature Film at the recently concluded 31st Durban International Film Festival. Helmed and written by Anusha Rizvi in her first directorial venture, the film is a satire on the farmers' suicides and subsequent media and political response in India.

"South Africa is very lucky for me and I hope that luck extends to  Peepli Live as well," Aamir Khan said from Mumbai today.The 45-year-old actor's film Lagaan, which went on to get an Oscar nomination also had its world premiere at Sun City in South Africa.
